Remote Online Notarization Law:
Minnesota authorizes its notaries to perform online notarizations pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 358.645.
In addition, Minnesota recognizes online notarizations that are properly performed by notaries of other states. The applicable interstate recognition law is Minn. Stat. § 358.61.
